Prices are in Australian Dollars. Amounts will be converted to your local currency (CAD or USD) by your credit card company.

No import duties - I work with preferred printers in Australia, Canada and the US. Your portrait will be shipped to you directly from the nearest printing partner.

You can place your order on this page. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out using the Contact Form. During the ordering process you will be asked to complete an order form with your contact information and some details about who you’d like me to paint. The form will also give you information on where to send your photos.

MOCK UP AND PROOF COPY
I’ll create a digital mock up based on your photos and our discussion. Once you approve the mock up I’ll begin work on your painting. The artwork will take 1 to 3 weeks depending upon workload. Before starting work I'll give you an estimate of when you can expect to see a digital copy for review.
As I’m a digital artist, your painting will be created digitally. Once completed, I’ll send you a proof copy which is a small digital file so you can review and approve your painting before it is printed.
PRINT AND SHIP
Once you have approved the artwork, the digital file will be sent to one of my trusted professional printing partners who will take care of the printing. Once completed, they will ship your painting directly to you.

I want to create a portrait that you love! Therefore, if you are not happy with the artwork when you receive your digital proof, I’m happy to work with you until you are happy, or you can choose to receive a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: refunds are only available before your order has been sent to the printer. Refunds are not available once you have approved the artwork. There is no return on custom artworks once you have received them (except in the case of damage during shipping). PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS
To capture the world from your pet's perspective, get down on their level rather than shooting from above. This allows you to establish a connection with your subject and create intimate, engaging photographs that truly showcase their character.
Whenever possible, opt for natural light when photographing pets. However, its best to avoid harsh overhead lighting including direct sunlight, as it can cause unflattering shadows and reflections. Instead, position your pet near a window or shoot outdoors during the early morning or evening. Rainy and heavy overcast days are also great times to photograph your pets because the light is more diffuse and colours intensified.
Avoid the use of your flash. Disable your flash to avoid unflattering effects such as unnatural shadows, distorted colors, and the common "red-eye" phenomenon.
